CÉCILE RESTIER began studying piano at the age of five and completed her degree at the Conservatoires in Boulogne-Billancourt and in Paris.
In 2001, she assumed a class for correpetition parallel to concert piano. From 2003 to 2007, she was active at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris as a répétiteur and from 2006 to 2007 at the Ecole Normale A. Cortot. From 2002 to 2008, she received engagements as a solo répétiteur at numerous opera houses in France (Théâtre du Châtelet, Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, at the Opéra Comique, at the Opera houses in Lyon, Massy, Montpellier, Rouen de Reims, Nancy), in Spain and in America. From 2007 to 2012, she was a solo répétiteur at the Oper Frankfurt and since 2012 she is a solo répétiteur at the Wiener Staatsoper. Over the course of her career, she has been able to work with numerous prominent conductors.
